Breaking Bad Habits: How to Increase Your Productivity and Achieve Your Goals- Proven Strategies

Have you ever wondered, no matter how much time you spend on something, say work, household chores, or even studying, you are not getting enough results as expected, which leads to losing hope or even becoming stressed over it?

Well, we are on the same track; Don't worry; you are not alone!

But I have figured out some points where I lack and come to solutions to get this right on track.

Productivity measures how many things one can do in a specific time. If you are more productive, the time taken will be less, and vice versa; the less productive, the more time will be taken to get things done.

Here is the solution guide to increasing your productivity level :

Set that hashtag rule Goals setting.

First, understand that goals are challenging but not impossible to achieve. Break down goals into smaller tasks and prioritize them based on importance and urgency.

Prioritize your workday so that you can complete the most important tasks first, then move on to less important ones as time allows

Remember, you are a hustler and not an idler.

One of the things that I have noticed about myself is I was a big procrastinator a few years back; like any other young mind, I don't want to do stuff, and all I love is chilling on Netflix or Youtube.

But I found one day that most of my time was spent on this entertainment, and I avoided my work. So I surfed the internet, and one solution I got is Get out of where you are now and start doing the work you have stopped

No one will achieve your goals if you are in your early 20s, early 30s, or whatever your age is. So find a passion and follow it. It's difficult but Doable; you can say this Magical word every day in front of a mirror- "You are a hustler, not an idler." It is weird, but trust me, it will do the magic.

Schedule rightly.

The first step to becoming more productive is creating a schedule. You can do this by planning out your days and weeks using a calendar app or paper planner (or both).

You must ensure enough time for everything on your list and leave room for breaks and relaxation.

Make a habit of saying a BIG No.

Learn to Say No Learning to say no is crucial to managing your personal life. You can't be productive if you're overcommitted, and it's easy to get sucked into taking on more than you can handle. So don't over-push yourself.

Push that stress out of your life.

It is not easy to say, but at least we can try, Right? So it's nothing new I'm going to share- create time for yourself first and make Yourself your Priority, as it's nothing "Selfish" and called "Self-love." Ensure to eat healthily (at least 26-28 days a month.

You can eat fast food once or twice a month. It is okay too. But limited is good. What else? Drink more water, and take deep breathing exercises regularly throughout each day; this will help calm down any anxious feelings before they become too overwhelming or become panic attacks later on.

Communicate clearly what's bothering you so that other people understand why their behavior bothers you (and vice versa). Most importantly, care about your health, spend time with family and friends, and don't care too much about what people are saying.

No matter what you do, they will find mistakes in everything you do. If you care about everything, the productivity level will drop quickly.
